- Bekannter tschechischer Architekt - auch "der Jüngere", nicht zu verwechseln mit Frantisek Buldra dem Älteren (1851 - 1926), vermutlich Vater des Jüngeren
- František Buldra born 30 November 1882 Prague, died 12 June 1942, Kabul. Son of famed Czech Architect František Buldra Sr. He was an architect, engineer and Hotel proprietor. In the British Imperial War Office records turned over to the Indian Institute for Defense Studies and Analyses is a trove of secret documents from WW2 declassified in 1999. Among them is document # 432-Progs., Nos. 10(18) -W, 1940(Secret) with the title: “Enquiry whether a Czech named Buldra in Kabul received letters from England and Germany via India without Censorship.” Only the titles of the documents are available online and one must go to the IDSA facility in Delhi in order to view their materials, but it would be interesting to know why Buldra was able to send communications to both London and Berlin without them being viewed, censored or intercepted. My surmise is that he was a double-agent.
